Our Coaching Partners

Who are our Coaches?

Our life coaches are hand-selected based on their coaching certifications, credentials, and specialization. All coaches receive supervision as they work through their Master Coach Training at the iNLP Center. Our coaches are certified in Nuero-linguistic programming and ICF core competencies. Many are also certified in Mental Health Coaching, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Executive Coaching, and Group Coaching.

We match our coaches to the specific needs of the communities we serve. For example, when working with non-profits that serve individuals in recovery, we would match our coaches that specialize in addiction and recovery. Or, for organizations that work with battered women, our coaches who specialize in building confidence and empowerment for women would be assigned to them. Fortunately, we have a team of coaches with a variety of specialties such as:

Evaluation of Success

Each coach completes an intake form and assessment of their client at the first meeting. This will provide a overview of what the client needs to gain through their coaching sessions. This is kept private between the coach and the client.

Based on the assessment, the coach will work with the client to improve their current situation and determine the number of sessions to be provided.

Coaching with Neuro-Linguisitic Programming provides the client with new internal resources they can take with them into their daily life to solve problems, make decisions, and change their limiting beliefs for greater success.

Upon completion of their coaching sessions, clients will take an assessment to provide a evaluation of improvement.

Coaching Supervision

As part of our effort to provide high quality coaching to those in need, our coaches receive regular supervision by our PhD on staff, Christine Lerlec-Sterling.

With 20 years experience as an organizational psychologist and psychology professor, plus over 4,000 hours of coaching, Christine supervises our team of coaches to make sure clients are being supplied with the most effective help possible.

Specializing in post-traumatic growth, neurodiversity, and executive coaching, she is able to encompass a large scope of perspective to what our clients core needs are.
